Terms of Service
These terms of service regulate the access and use of the Tesote platform. By registering on our platform, the user accepts the terms and conditions set forth below:
- Service description: Tesote offers a digital platform for automation and financial management, designed to optimize the operational processes of companies.
- Eligibility: To use Tesote's services, users must have legal capacity to contract and legally represent their company.
- License of use: Tesote grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access the platform in accordance with these terms.
- User Responsibilities: The user is responsible for providing truthful and updated information, as well as for protecting his/her access credentials. Any activity performed from your account will be considered your responsibility.
- Availability of the service: Tesote is committed to maintaining the availability of the platform, although it does not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to maintenance, improvements or force majeure.
- Limitation of liability: In no event shall Tesote be liable for consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of the platform.
- Modifications to the service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue functionalities of the platform, notifying users in advance when possible.
- Cancellation and termination: Cancellation of the subscription shall be subject to the terms set forth in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) in force between Tesote and the customer. In the event of cancellation, the customer shall remain liable for any outstanding charges for services already rendered, as stipulated in said agreement.
- Applicable law: These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Tesote has its principal place of business, without prejudice to the local regulations applicable to each user.
By using the platform, users accept these terms in their entirety. We recommend periodically reviewing these terms and conditions to be aware of possible changes.
